In terms of amplification. I'd suggest we need to encouraging others, including the participants themselves, to see the benefits of amplifying things for themselves and to follow up on the conversations that happen, e.g. see this discussion forum post http://www.ultimatenurse.com/forum/f38/emotional-cost-nursing-38686/#post71363 which was inspired elsewhere. At some point it's definitely worth a chat with a few people to bash out some ideas.
